Integrated Operations program for shelf asset

Concept development and designer supervision of the Integrated Operations for offshore field.
The program has been implemented since 2016 and consists of several stages and functional projects:
• Design of a Production Optimization Center
• Drawing up job descriptions for the team of Production Optimization Center
• Implementation of Integrated Modeling methodology
• Introduction of a real-time database
• Development of data transmission infrastructure
• Drawing up methods for calculating potentials
• Evaluation of technical and organizational decisions within the Program
The program is under implementation to the present days in terms of production digitalization.
